This is the kind of thing I have been waiting to see in regards to the Zika virus situation/scam. RT has reported The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) has told the country’s sport federations that if the athletes don’t feel comfortable going to the Olympics they should stay home. The main issue was focused on women who were pregnant or plan to become pregnant. The President of USA fencing said; “One of the things they immediately said was, especially for women that may be pregnant or even thinking of getting pregnant, that whether you are scheduled to go to Rio or not, that you shouldn’t go. And no one should go if they feel at all as though the threat could impact them”.
The focus on women is due to the virus being linked to microcephaly in newborns. The link is still a possibility and a maybe with no solid proof as yet. I wonder if they will do tests and research to see if it is linked to the high number of pesticides or tetracycline used in Brazil or whether it is linked to the genetically modified mosquitoes that Bill Gates released in the same area in April 2015. Could this be the US way of getting back at Brazil for joining the BRICS group of nations and by-passing the US dollar? The FIFA scandal rings a bell here.
Furthermore the CEO of the company Oxitec, who genetically engineered the mosquito and who received a $19.7 million grant from Bill gates, has suggested his company could eradicate the virus using more genetically modified mosquitoes. The CEO, Haydn Parry, said; “If someone said that is the plan, you would get on with it ...but someone has to say, ‘I’m up for it, I’ll pay for it. What help do you need?” He also said; “It’s a shame that a solution that could save a lot of lives is being questioned by some idiots.”
The World Health Organisation and Oxitec scientists, both of which get huge amounts of money from Bill gates have said it is safe. Although many critics suggest the modified mosquitoes pose a threat to the natural world and a vaccine is needed instead. Maybe the CEO of Oxitec is upset because according to the Wall Street journal, dated 30 January 2015, Oxitec is building a new factory to produce enough mosquitoes to cover an area with 300,000 people. How much money will be lost by Oxitec if they don’t use the mosquitoes and go for a vaccine instead? It seems to me that this CEO is more worried about money and his job than anything else. Bill Gates won’t care because he gave Bharat Biotech, that has a patent on a vaccine, a huge sum of money through one of his grants.
